Copycat is an akumatized villain from Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir and the first akumatized form of Théo Barbot. He is the doppelganger of Cat Noir who wanted Ladybug for himself.
Appearance
Copycat resembled Cat Noir in every detail, sharing the same physical features. He had cat-like eyes with green sclerae, dark green irises, and slitted pupils. His hair was similar to Cat Noir's, honey blond and slightly messy. Copycat wore a textured, black, skin-tight catsuit adorned with metal accents. His matching gloves featured claws on the fingertips, and his boots had hidden wedges, silver toes, and paw-shaped treads. Around his neck, he wore a golden bell attached to a zipper on the front of his costume. Additionally, a long belt wrapped around his waist and hung down from the back like a tail. He completed his look with black cat ears and a black mask that covered his face.
Personality
As Copycat, he was overcome by his jealousy of Cat Noir and admiration of Ladybug. He made a bad name for Cat Noir by stealing the Mona Lisa from the Louvre and he captured Cat Noir and attempted to trick Ladybug into thinking that he was the real Cat Noir, in hopes of achieving her affection. When he wasn't able to fool Ladybug, he shouted that no one would have her and attacks Cat Noir. While cunning and determined, he fell for Ladybug's trick of asking him about their secret promise that they never made, which he thought they had.
Powers and Abilities
Being Cat Noir's doppelganger, Copycat possessed supernatural strength and agility. He wielded a replica of Cat Noir's staff and had the ability to use Cataclysm. Additionally, he could not lose his powers unless he chose to do so. Copycat could also mimic Cat Noir's voice.

He poses as Cat Noir and steals Mona Lisa.
Trivia
- As Copycat, when he is imitating Cat Noir, he is voiced by Bryce Papenbrook, the voice actor who actually portrays Adrien/Cat Noir.
- In the original French version, Théo's supervillain name is L'Imposteur (The Impostor).
- Théo is one of three characters to be Akumatized into a supervillain version of a Miraculous superhero, with the others being Lila and Chloé, but he is the only one to look exactly like the Miraculous superhero.
- Unlike Volpina but like Antibug, Copycat can only use his power once, while Volpina can use hers as many times as she wishes.
- He's one of the four characters who impersonate Adrien Agreste/Cat Noir along with Chameleon, Gamer 2.0, and Félix.
