Moby Rick — antagonists

Moby Rick is the main antagonist of The Loud House episode "Be Careful What You Fish For". He is a great white sturgeon and the old fish rival of Leonard Loud.

History

Past

30 years ago, Rick ambushes Leonard and his crew aboard the Codfather. He jumps out of the sea to smash their boat to bits and steal Leonard's big toe. Because of this, Leonard been tracking Rick for thirty years and one day to have his revenge by mounting him on a plaque fixed to his boat.

Present

30 years later, the four Louds help Leonard with his mission to capture Rick. He shows up and prepares to eat Lance, but ends up swimming off to eat Lynn-sagna after Lance throws it back into the water. While Rick attempts to swim away, Leonard fires a plunger at him with his plunger harpoon, but the line attached to the plunger follows it off the boat. He dives under the water to pull the old switcheroo.

When Lincoln attaches the pieces of Lynn-sagnas to their fishing lines, Rick manages to snag the fishing line while the Louds attempt to pull him in, but Rick's strength allows him to pull the boat with him until the line snaps. He then jumps out of the water and dives back in to make a shockwave so hard, causing the wave to drench the Louds. At Dead Man's Cove, Rick throws Leonard out of the cove. When Leonard fires his harpoon at Rick, he swims away and his strength allows him to pull him before he gets captured successfully.

When the four Louds are in danger, Rick reforms and agrees to help Leonard save his family by pulling the boat to safety from a waterfall. Later that night, Rick tows the boat back to the dock and Leonard lets him go with a thankful salute. He jumps out of the water as high as the moon by winking at the audience and dives back into the water.

Personality

Moby Rick is a mean, wild, dangerous and ruthless great white sturgeon who likes terrorizing people and destroying any ship he finds. He attempts to eat the five Loud by preventing them from capturing him. At the end, he redeems to help Leonard save his family from the waterfall.
