Ring Man is one of the Robot Master created by Dr. Cossack to the combat specifically against the Megaman, in Megaman 4.

Ring Man is one of the most difficult bosses in the game even if his standard is simple it is very difficult to dodge him. And it also requires constant agility because Ring Man is a fast opponent. Ring Man will start the fight by throwing his boomerang which will then return and attack the player in surprise. He will then jump and play another boomerang that will also go in the player's direction and come back and return to him. The rings can be avoided by jumping on it, but standing on the ground and then for the second miss the Megaman he should jump too quickly. But if Megaman fires while Ring Man is running the Ring Man then he will probably throw boomerang. His weakness is the Pharaoh Shot, a rather complicated strategy but only fourteen shots to defeat him.
