Spokes is the main antagonist of Rugrats episode "Uneasy Rider".
He is voiced by Mary Kay Bergman.
Biography
Spokes appears to meet Chuckie along with the big bike kids and he calls him "Upchucker". When Chuckie drinks water, Spokes squirts him and rejects his apology. He taunts Chuckie for becoming a big bike kid and decides to play the hill game. Spokes tells Chuckie to get his bike and meet him at the hill.
As the race starts and when Angelica pushes Chuckie's bike, Spokes pedals his bike and attempts to beat him, but Chuckie was unable to stop his bike. When Chuckie falls into the mud puddle, Spokes redeems to help Chuckie out and apologize for bullying him. However, Chuckie rejects becoming a big bike kid and decides to go back to his real friends, but Spokes and the big bike kids are still like him.
